Shipping and Returns


USPS First Class shipping is FREE on all Domestic orders that weigh under 1lb (16 ounces). Orders over 1lb are too heavy to ship via USPS First Class mail and can only be shipped via USPS Priority.


Q: Where will my order ship from?
A: All orders ship from our studio in Cleveland, Ohio. ships to all 50 states, U.S. territories and possessions and over 150+ countries. Please note that Bunny Paige, LLC is not responsible for Duty and Freight Charges for International Orders.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Your order will generally ship within 3-5 business days from receipt of payment. 
Processing times (the time it takes to fulfill and package your order) may increase during peak ordering times such as holidays or due to other special circumstances. During this time orders may take 7-10 business days or longer to process. We try to be as transparent as possible when announcing processing delays and highly encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have about processing times before placing your order. 

Q: Do you offer insurance?
A: Domestic orders can be purchased with optional insurance which will protect your package during the shipping process. We highly recommend that you purchase insurance as cannot assume responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen in the mail. Please contact us for an insurance quote prior to placing your order.

Q: What is a heavy item?
A: Items that are over 1lb are too heavy to ship via USPS First Class mail. USPS Priority shipping options are available during checkout. 

Q: Can I have my order shipped to a different address?
A: Yes, just enter the desired address in the “shipping address” section of checkout.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: No, does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Please note: Our office will be closed from Friday, December 20, 2019 through Sunday, January 5, 2019. We will re-open for business on Monday, January 6, 2020.

Our E-Commerce store ( will remain open during the time we are closed. However, all orders placed after 10 a.m. (EST) on Friday, December 20th will ship when we return on Monday, January 6, 2020.

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 7 days of your order being delivered. Please note the following:
  • We cannot except an exchange or return that's been sent back without initial contact being made first. You must contact us BEFORE sending your item(s) back. You can contact us through the Contact Page. We reserve the right to refuse any package sent back without prior authorization from us.
  • All returns and exchanges must be in their original, unworn condition with original packaging.
  • For hygienic reasons earrings and hair accessories CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
  • Final sale, and Glitterfit™ items are sold as-is and are non-returnable.
  • Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable. 
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for ALL returns. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please note that we can only accept returns and exchanges from orders made via We do not accept exchanges or returns if purchased through third party buyers.
