ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
A: All pieces are made in our studio and will vary from piece to piece due to their special handmade nature. Bunny Paige prides itself on using the highest quality materials available such as crystal clear jeweler's resin, genuine Swarovski crystals, and nickle and lead free metals. Please refer to a product’s description for specific material information.
Q: What is the standard size of a necklace/bracelet?
A: Our necklaces currently range between 18”-24”. Some necklaces include a chain extender allowing you to adjust the length. Our bracelets are generally 6.5” to 8”. Stretch bracelets are one size and stretch up to 8 inches. Keep in mind these are just estimates. Please refer to an item’s description for accurate lengths and descriptions.
Q: Do you accommodate special requests?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate special requests through BunnyPaige.com at this time.
Q: Do you repair jewelry?
A: Yes. We can repair jewelry free of charge within 5 days from the day you receive the item from BunnyPaige.com. After 5 days, there is a minimum repair fee of $7 per item (this may vary depending on the item and extent of the repair), plus shipping costs. We repair jewelry at our discretion so you must contact us BEFORE sending your item(s) back. You can contact us through the Contact Page form. We reserve the right to refuse any package sent back without prior authorization from us.
A: Bunny Paige is dedicated to designing our pieces to withstand regular wear but they are not indestructible. Here are a few simple tips you can follow to keep your jewelry sparkling for years to come:
- Always remove jewelry and/or hair accessories before washing hands, showering, or swimming. Moisture can cause stones to dull and become loose and cause metal to discolor or tarnish.
- Never submerge in cleaning solution or water. To clean your jewelry and hair accessories use a dry soft cloth.
- Avoid spraying or applying any alcohol or oil-based products such as: perfume, body lotions, cleansers or hairspray, or other hair products on or near the jewelry including hair accessory pieces. The alcohol or oil content will cause acrylic and Lucite beads to crack, will dull the finish and loosen the crystals, cause metal parts to discolor or tarnish, and can stain satin ribbon.
- Never expose jewelry or hair accessory pieces to extreme heat or direct sunlight over long periods of time as this can cause colors to fade.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
A: We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 14 days of your order being delivered. Please note the following:
- For hygienic reasons earrings and hair accessories CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
- Glitterfit™ items are sold as-is and are non-returnable.
- We cannot except an exchange or return that's been sent back without initial contact being made first. You must contact us BEFORE sending your item(s) back. You can contact us through the Contact Page. We reserve the right to refuse any package sent back without prior authorization from us.
- All returns and exchanges must be in their original, unworn condition with original packaging.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for ALL returns. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- No returns will be accepted for clearance and final sale items.
- Please note that we can only accept returns and exchanges from orders made via bunnypaige.com. We do not accept exchanges or returns if purchased through third party buyers (i.e. The Fancy, Luvocracy, etc.)
Q: Do you gift wrap?
A: Your order will come packaged ready for gift giving; However, custom gift wrap is available upon request.
Q: I'm looking for a specific item, but I don't see it online. Can I still get it?
A: If you know the name and/or description of the item, you may contact us to see if it is possible to have this item made as a special order. You can contact us here. Please note that if the item can be made, it is Final Sale and cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges.
Q: Can I make changes to my order?
A: Please, choose your items carefully. Once orders have been charged and/or shipped they cannot be changed. If you want to make a change to your order please contact us ASAP to see if it’s possible.
Q: Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
A: Ohio Sales Tax will only apply to Ohio residents.
Q: What is Glitterfit™?
A: Glitterfit™ is a new collection of special exclusive Bunny Paige designs that include limited editions, prototypes, photo shoot props, last calls, and other one of a kind items that you can only find on www.bunnypaige.com.
Glitterfit™ items are sold as-is and are non-returnable.

Q: Where will my order ship from?
A: All orders ship from our studio in Cleveland, Ohio. BunnyPaige.com ships to all 50 states, U.S. territories and possessions and over 150+ countries.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Your order will generally ship within 3-5 business days from receipt of payment.
Processing times (the time it takes to fulfill and package your order) may increase during peak ordering times such as holidays or due to other special circumstances. During this time orders may take 7-10 business days or longer to process. We try to be as transparent as possible when announcing processing delays and highly encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have about processing times before placing your order.
Q: Do you offer insurance?
A: Domestic orders can be purchased with optional insurance which will protect your package during the shipping process. We highly recommend that you purchase insurance as BunnyPaige.com cannot assume responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen in the mail. Please contact us for an insurance quote prior to placing your order.
Q: Can I have my order shipped to a different address?
A: Yes, just enter the desired address in the “shipping address” section of checkout.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: No, BunnyPaige.com does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Q: What is your holiday shipping schedule?
A: Please refer to the chart below for expected delivery* by December 24, 2017.
Please note: Our office will be closed from Friday, December 22, 2017 through Monday, January 1, 2018. We will re-open for business on Tuesday, January 2, 2017.
